Apart from assistance to the house of mourning, an event of death further necessitates competent services concerning the treatment of the deceased’s body. Our capable staff do their work with extreme care and with every necessary consideration, and they will be of help and assistance to you regarding any questions of importance. You may call as any time day or night. On shortest notice we will be at your disposal. On your behalf we will provide you either with a basic service which only includes those services you could not deal with yourself because of specialist and technical reasons, or a more extensive service which also incorporates the settling of all official formalities.

Basic Service  

The basic service includes the following services we render at a transparent and reasonable charge :

  » Advice with the selection of a suitable coffin manufactured of our own production allows us to
    supply those at an exceptionally interesting price. There is a large assortment of models to
    choose from
  » Advice re outfit of the coffin
  » Advice re choice of the coffin’s decoration i.e. the coffin bouquet, wreaths, flowers, and even
     flowers for strewing
  » Advice re the clothing of the deceased (private clothing is allowed)
  » Putting the deceased into a coffin
  » Laying in state at home or adequate hall
  » Transportation of the deceased’s body to the laying in state hall or the laying in state in the
     church (permitted with catholic churches, other churches require an application)
  » Advice on the selection of an urn in case of cremation
  » The provision of information with respect to the assistance by the council you are entitled for

Extensive Service 

The extensive service includes our complete essential service in addition to the settling of all official formalities. Further you may choose from the following services:

  » Ordering of the required number of mourning cards, including the composition of the text
  » Mailing of the mourning cards according to the address list provided by you
  » Arrangement of a funeral repast in a restaurant of your choice.
  » Giving up notices of thanks in newspapers of your choice, including the composition of the text
  » Mailing of notes of thanks according to your address list
  » Ordering of a tombstone of your choice
  » Arranging a gardener to take care of and look after the grave
  » Extensive advisory services
  » Scheduling of funeral service and burial
  » Coordination with the pastor and orator
  » Presence/welcoming/attendance at funeral service and burial
  » Arrangement of soloists, Booking of organ play
  » Flower arrangements, coffin bouquets, wreaths, etc.
